Gold Beaded Charger Plates
Any orders cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee if not notified within two-weeks of your event date. This fee is 50% of the total order cost.
Any orders cancelled after the courier has collected (and the order is on it's way to you) are not eligible for any refund on hire cost.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and hold the items for your specified date. Final balance of payment is then due no later than two-weeks prior to your event date.
Hire periods are determined on your event and stock.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that items are protected against loss or damage. All care must be taken when items in use, as any lost or damaged items must be paid for by the hirer.
An invoice will be provided within 7 days for any lost or damaged items and must be paid in full within a further 7 days.
Final numbers are due two-weeks prior to your event date.
No refunds after this time will be issued for any reduction in numbers.
